We have vacancies at the Roman Baths for seasonal Museum Porters to join our Front of House team. This is an ideal opportunity to join an award winning team, working in a busy but enjoyable historical environment.
Duties include collecting and transport audio guides from the museum exit to the main reception and responding to visitor’s queries, such as helping them with directions.
Applicants must have a good general education, with a high standard of personal presentation, a friendly manner as well as good customer care and communication skills. Experience of manual handling and being familiar with working in a COVID secure way would be an advantage.
Full training and a uniform will be provided.
Contract type: Fixed term 01/04-31/10/21
Start date could be earlier depending on a successful candidate’s availability.
Place of work: The Roman Baths, Stall Street, Bath
