We have seven seasonal vacancies in our retail team, for enthusiastic Sales Assistants to work in our prestigious shops at the Roman Baths and Assembly Rooms, Bath.
We have three shops selling merchandise that ranges from postcards to gifts. You will be working with an established team of sales staff to provide customer sales service, till transactions and tidying and replenishment of merchandise to help maximise sales.
Applicants should have good communication and active selling skills and enjoy working with the public in a busy retail environment. You will be expected to be familiar with processing cash and credit cards through a computer till system accurately.
Extra hours will be required to be worked during high season, late opening periods and our bi-annual stocktake.
The weekly average hours are 24 per week, to be worked on a rota, including alternate weekends.
