North Somerset’s Family Wellbeing Service are looking for an experienced, motivated and professional team member, to develop and deliver services across North Somerset’s Children's Centres and Family Hubs for children of 0-18 years.
You will have to have some knowledge and experience of children's learning and development, for the 0-18-year old age group, and a commitment to supporting families.
Family Support Workers need experience of working alongside families, both individually and in groups, to ensure best outcomes for children. You will also need experience of multi-agency working as you will be required to work with partner agencies, to provide a holistic service to vulnerable families. There will also be a requirement to record families progress and outcomes on our Early Help Module (database) and will therefore you will need to be competent in the use of ICT.
