It will be your job to undertake the assessment of building regulation applications to ensure works on site comply with prescribed technical standards and approved details.
This career grade post is an excellent opportunity for both recently qualified and more experienced building control surveyors alike, who can demonstrate their competency to work unsupervised on domestic projects from the first day of employment. The starting salary will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competency to work on domestic and non-domestic projects (LABC Competency Matrix).
In May 2021 we were the first team in the country to pass an external quality management recertification audit by Alcumus ISOQAR and have so much to offer excellent individuals, who that are customer focused and have great communication skills!
